Returns & refunds

We want you to love your bunny. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work. These rules follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. For an order of several items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after the last item arrives.

To use this right, tell us your decision before the 14 days are up, by a clear statement — for example an email to liudvikas.liubobestas@gmail.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

What happens after you withdraw

• Return the goods to us without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us.
• We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery, without undue delay and within 14 days of being notified, once we receive the goods back or you show proof of return.
• We refund using the same payment method you used, at no extra cost to you.
• You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
• You are only liable for any reduced value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check their nature and features.

Faulty or wrong items

This is separate from the 14-day right. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and may be entitled to a free repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Email liudvikas.liubobestas@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right. We cover return costs for faulty items.

How to return

1. Email liudvikas.liubobestas@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We confirm the return address.
3. Pack the bunny safely and send it back within 14 days.
