We want you to love your bunny. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work. These rules follow the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period ends 14 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods. For an order of several items delivered separately, it ends 14 days after the last item arrives.
To use this right, tell us your decision before the 14 days are up, by a clear statement — for example an email to liudvikas.liubobestas@gmail.com. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
Note on the mystery box: the surprise nature of the box does not remove your right of withdrawal. As long as the bunny and its packaging are returned in resaleable condition, the 14-day right applies in full.
This is separate from the 14-day right. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and may be entitled to a free repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Email liudvikas.liubobestas@gmail.com with a photo and your order number and we will make it right. We cover return costs for faulty items.
