Orders are hand-packed and usually dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch:

We ship with a trusted courier such as Lithuania Post or a comparable EU carrier. Where a tracking number is available, we will email it to you.
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at liudvikas.liubobestas@gmail.com and we will sort it out, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
For orders within the EU there are no extra customs charges. For destinations outside the EU (such as the UK), import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
